Join CAST, the software intelligence leader, for a summer Marketing Internship. This position is hybrid, full-time, so the ideal candidate would come to the New York City office two days a week. Our internship program offers challenging work that enables you to provide immediate value inside our organization.

We are a small and nimble team, with field marketers in the US, Europe, and India, and about 350 employees worldwide. If you are thorough, proactive, highly motivated, and enthusiastic about marketing, this may be the role for you. This is a fast-paced environment with significant learning opportunities and work that tie directly to outcomes tracked at the executive level.

In this role, you will gain:

·        An understanding of the B2B software industry, CAST products and partnerships

·        Abroad outline of marketing operations and event management

·        Direct interaction with senior level executives

·        Exposure to many marketing channels and several marketing technologies like HubSpot, LinkedIn, WordPress, and Cognism.

What you will do:

  • Support in organizing and facilitating company-hosted events, including webinars, client events, and conferences

·        Create and ship event and client related swag kits

·        Maintain inventory and tracking of event marketing materials

·        Work closely with our sales team, assisting in outreach by drafting emails, sourcing contacts, and supporting CRM management

·        Enrich company and contact profiles through HubSpot CRM data entry and maintenance

·        Assist other ad-hoc marketing projects

What you will need:

·        Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

·        Curiosity and eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment

This is a paid, three-month, internship.
